„Not at all quiet in the East“

A multifunctional complex with office and commercial space at a future-oriented location allows plenty of scope for creativity in which new things arise. 190,000 sqm gross floor area with attractive high points are being built on an area of 8 hectares. A new part of Munich is being created in a working environment consisting of office and commercial areas, research, creativity, and trade, in a sustainable, modern environment that has been developed for work but invites people to live.
