In 20 years of work experience, he was responsible, inter alia, for the real estate portfolios of the ARAG Insurance Group and LBBW as Managing Director for more than 8 years. Olaf Claessen has also for many years managed European real estate platforms for foreign investors in the private equity sector with a total volume of more than EUR 4.5 billion. In these functions, he has successfully revitalized and completely leased numerous properties and large scale projects. These include the Sony Center in Berlin, the Frankfurt Airport Center, the conversion of the former PwC headquarters to the HQ of Air Liquide, the Silvertower in Frankfurt and other well known projects. Olaf Claessen is also highly experienced in complex asset- and share deal transactions.
Oliver Scheicht has over 15 years of experience in investment and asset management as well as real estate financing. Most recently, he worked for various investors in transaction consulting. In the previous years he worked as managing director of the German subsidiary of an American family office and the private equity investor Round Hill Capital in Berlin as well as in various positions at the real estate fund Deutsche Land plc. in London and Frankfurt.

In these companies, Bastian advised national and international major clients as well as institutional owners and project developers on the structuring of acquisition and leasing processes.
He has a profound knowledge of the commercial real estate markets and was responsible for transactions with a total of more than 250,000 sqm.
Martijn de Witte is Head of Asset Management Munich at Montibus Asset Management GmbH. He is a real estate economist from Amsterdam and has been active in the Munich real estate market since 1999. Martijn primarily responsible for portfolios on the landlord-side such as insurance companies, asset management companies and family offices. He successfully let many big properties and projects, especially in the greater Munich area, but also internationally, such as in Amsterdam and London. Martijn was head of leasing for a well-known family office in Munich and was responsible for all commercial lettings in Munich and Berlin with a total volume of over 4 billion euros. Overall, he has been able to successfully complete transactions of more than 350,000 sqm in the past.
